What is a Previously Approved customer in Map Support?

Previously Approved for Map Support definition means that at some point IN THE PAST you have:

1. Previously filled out a New Customer Map Support form.
2. Chosen a forum username and registered in our web forums.
3. Received congratulations/approval e-mail from our map support staff.
4. Received maps for your bike via e-mail.

If you purchased your exhaust and/or Power Commander (even if it has a handwritten tag on the back of the unit with the map name, etc) directly from Brock's Performance, this DOES NOT automatically register you as a previously approved customer.

Our Map Support program is 100% ONLINE You must choose a forum username and secure password for us to grant you permission into our private access area in our forums.

Why do I have to choose a forum username to receive maps?

Maps and information are located in secure/private areas of our Brock's Performance forums. The only way to gain access to these private areas is by logging in with a forum username that has the appropriate access level granted.

You will receive maps and private access once you have:

A. Chosen a password-protected forum username during the registration process. Use the Forum registration link below to start.

B. Submitted the appropriate map support form with your chosen forum username listed. On our home page, select the proper form under the "MAP SUPPORT" tab.

C. Been approved for private access (please allow 3 business days).

Note: if you do not choose a forum username, you will not receive maps.
