How long will it take to receive my maps?

Typically, please allow 2–3 business days to receive your maps. However, several factors can affect this timeline. Here's what you need to know to help avoid delays and ensure a smooth process:

Tips to Ensure Fast Delivery:

• Complete the Form Accurately: Our process starts with manual verification before our secure system takes over. Nearly all delays happen due to incomplete or incorrect submissions. Double-check every required (*) field.
• Follow Instructions: If you carefully follow the instructions and complete the form 100%, you’ll often receive your maps faster than expected.

Common Causes of Delay:

• Missing Required Fields: If you leave a required (*) field blank and navigate away, your form won’t be submitted or received. You’ll need to re-submit.
• Unregistered Users: You must register and choose a forum username to receive maps.
• Unverified Purchases: If you purchased through an authorized dealer, but don’t include their info, we can't verify your purchase. This will cause delays.
• Mismatched Purchaser Info: If someone else (like a spouse or friend) bought the product but you submit your personal info, we can’t match the record. Always use the name of the actual purchaser.
• Email Typos: If your email address is entered incorrectly, we can't contact you or send your maps. Double-check your email address before submitting.

If You Don’t Hear Back:

If it’s been more than 3 business days and you haven’t heard from us:

• Re-submit the form
• Email us at MapSupport@BrocksPerformance.com with a note that you sent a second submission.

Yahoo Email Users – Important!

Yahoo often sends emails with attachments to your junk/spam folder unless the sender is on your approved list. To avoid this:

• Send an email from your Yahoo account to MapSupport@BrocksPerformance.com with your name in the subject line. This will help ensure our reply reaches your inbox.
