The lever releases too close after installing Ultra Clutch Mod

After installing the Ultra Clutch Mod on my 2008 GSX-R1000, the clutch lever releases too close to the bar. It feels like a dirt bike—what can I do to make it release further out?

This issue is usually caused by one of two things:

1. Air in the clutch line – If there’s air trapped in the hydraulic system, it can cause the lever to engage too close to the handlebar. Bleed the clutch line thoroughly to remove any air bubbles.

2. Excessive stack height – If the clutch pack is too tall, it can affect engagement point. Try reducing the stack height by using all thinner steel and fiber plates to bring the lever release point out farther.

Addressing one or both of these issues should help you achieve the lever feel you're looking for.
