Can my dealer use his phone/account to set up my T800?

No. The T800 unit is designed to allow the end-user (bike owner/the person who rides the bike the most) to map the bike and enjoy other T800 features, record sessions etc.

This means that the end-user must download the UpMap app through the App Store or Google Play.

Create an account and use the app and end-users phone to connect to the T800, download maps etc.

Of course, The dealer can assist the end-user with their configuration/set-up, but it must be performed on the end-users phone and app.
